Traveling through Time with Trees: Exploring living fossils with Sarah Low

  • Tacoma Public Library | Swasey Branch 7001 6th Avenue Tacoma, WA, 98406 United States (map)

During this talk, we will travel back in time as far as 290 million years ago to discover the trees that weathered time. As we work our way towards the present, we will learn about trees that lived among dinosaurs, a tree whose spread covers over 100 acres, and many other living marvels, and learn about some of the younger trees among us.
